What can I expect from Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition?
An up-close, captivating, never-before-seen perspective of the genius’ masterpieces!
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located in: Fever Pavilion, Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held inside Fever Pavilion, an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60–90 minutes with the audio guide.
Is there parking available?
There will be paid parking available and we recommend you pre-book. P1 is the closest car park, noting that P5 and P6 are about a 20 minute walk. There’s also 2 hour free parking on Olympic Boulevard, just at our doorstep.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise.
Does my ticket include an audio guide?
We encourage you to download the Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel app ahead of time. It is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please bring your own headphones as they will not be provided on-site. To minimize disruption with other guests, audio must be listened to through headphones and not played aloud on speaker.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site; please note that tickets onsite can only be purchased with card payments; cash will not be accepted. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact groups@feverup.com to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The exhibit is wheelchair accessible.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply present a Companion ID at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people/visually impaired people?
The experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue in place of the audio guide.
The audio guide will explain the history of the frescos to users. There is also an introductory video with subtitles at the start of the experience.
Can I bring animals?
No pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Can I smoke or vape? Is alcohol permitted?
Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted. We ask that you are respectful of other guests. No alcohol is permitted on site.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough exhibit but there is seating supplied throughout the venue and seating in the theatre.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are toilets (restrooms) outside the venue. Please ask our staff if you are unable to locate them.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a cloak room available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check / lockers.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children ages 3 and below are welcome to attend free of charge. Prams/strollers are allowed within the venue.
